My Rimmel Flash eyeliner was running out of juice, so I was more than happy when I was given the opportunity to review Australis IntensifEYE Liquid Eyeliner in Blackest Black.

Australis liquid eyeliner, IntensifEYE

Product Description

Australis IntensifEYE Liquid Eyeliner is a fast drying liquid eyeliner formula for long lasting, smudge-proof and flake-proof wear.  The flexi applicator is designed to create sexy bold and sharp lines with ease.

Here is a close-up of the flexi applicator – the flat edge has tiny micro bristles and there is a pointed tip.

My Opinions

First of all, I fell in love with the colour of the packaging.  Hot metallic pink paired with black is darn sexy!!  However, I do prefer a thinner handle on liquid eyeliners because that is what I am accustomed to.

I had never used a flexi applicator before so I had to test out strokes on my arm before I mastered it on my eyes.  It can be a bit fiddly at first, but once I got the hang of it, I had sexy cats’ eyes!

The colour of the eyeliner was an intense black – very bold and strong – which is great if you’re going for a sexy kitten flick eyeliner look.

The eyeliner was durable and it was indeed smudge-proof and flake-proof.  It was simple to remove with eye make-up remover.

  • With a RRP of $12.95AUD, it is an affordable liquid eyeliner from Australis – a brand which does not test on animals
  • Strong bold colour suitable for an evening look
  • Long-lasting, smudge-proof and flake-proof

  • I accidentally jabbed my eyelid with the pointed tip of the flexi applicator and it really hurt, so please be careful!

Australis liquid eyeliner

Australis IntensifEYE Liquid Eyeliner in Blackest Black is worth purchasing for super black and super sexy cats’ eyes!

I have to try this when I run out of my current liquid eyeliner – this sounds great. The tip looks really big hehe

@DanniiBeauty, Thanks for the comment! Yes, it’s definitely worth trying. The tip is bigger than other liquid eyeliners I have tried but as you can see, I practised on my arm till I figured out how to use it properly.

Tried this product but didn’t really like the felt tip applicator, I prefer a brush. Any recs on brush liquid eyeliners?

@joyjoyc, I usually use Prestige liquid eyeliner which is a bit runny. Testing out the FACE OF AUSTRALIA liquid eyeliner which seems to be doing quite well so far. Truthfully, gel liner is the easiest to apply to get a great cat eye effect 🙂

I am currently using FOA’s liquid eye liner, it’s my fave as well as Bourjois’s clubbing liquid eye liner
