10 Makeup Products You Should Buy In Priceline

This one’s to all my Aussie beauty-lovin’ readers…

So, call me an enabler, but if you haven’t heard already, Priceline are doing their infamous 40% off all cosmetics on Wednesday 18th to Thursday 19th November.

If you have time, head to your nearest Priceline.  Unfortunately, if you are time poor, online shopping is the way to go…but be prepared if the website is a bit sluggish and also, many popular items will be out of stock which is a PITA { pain in the arse! }.

Anyway, to help a sister out { that’s YOU }, I have picked 10 makeup products that you should SERIOUSLY consider buying in Priceline.

In no particular order…

Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Wow

Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Wow* – ridiculously cheap with a normal RRP of $6.95 so with 40% off, that will be dirt cheap so BUY-ALL-THE-COLOURS-NOW!

Project 100 Pan // Empties 21-25

Firstly, I want to acknowledge all the bad news from last week – Paris, Beirut, etc.  Like every normal person, I am saddened.  Saddened by what this world is coming to.  My thoughts are all over the place and really, this isn’t the right place to talk about it.

I don’t just #prayforparis but I #prayforpeace in the world.

Also, I feel really weird blogging about beauty products when the world around me is going through all this.

But somehow, I find blogging comforting and familiar…  Does that make sense?

Anyway, here’s my next instalment of my Project 100 Pan with empties 21-25.

Beauty Bites #12

Juggling full-time work and all-time mother-and-wife-hood has been tricky so thanks for putting up with my sporadic beauty blog posts. { I’ve been yapping on about random shizz blogging a lot more on my lifestyle blog these days, if you’re interested.. }

Anyway, I thought it was time to bring back Beauty Bites, a popular blog series I ran years ago, showing snippets of my beauty stuff in my life.  { the last Beauty Bites post was almost 3 years ago…wowwww! }

Review : Maybelline Master Sculpt Contouring Palette

Maybelline Master Sculpt Contouring Palette

Contouring is all the craze at the moment.

Actually, “strobing” is.  But to me, strobing sounds like “stroking” and when I think of “stroking”, I think of…. #mymindisinthegutter.

Moving swiftly back to contouring…

It’s all well and good if you have time to apply alternate contour and highlight stripes across your forehead, face, nose bridge, cheekbones, chin, etc and have time to blend it in so you end up looking like Kim Kardashian contour on fleek.

What Are The Last 3 Beauty Products You Bought?

I am a curious cat { AKA nosey bi-atch! } but funnily enough, I am not a huge fan of those “What’s in my handbag?” posts.

Nothing wrong with them but it always makes me feel a bit uneasy when I look inside my handbag to find strands of hair, biscuit crumbs, chewed up chewing gum wrapped up in pieces of paper, snot-covered tissue paper { the perks of being a mum to a toddler! }, etc…

Anyway, back to the curious cat thing…

I’d love to know what are the last 3 beauty products you bought?

5 Beauty Products I Tried & Didn’t Like

5 beauty products I tried but didn't like

As a beauty blogger, I try a LOT of products.  Some I share with you on the blog almost immediately!  Some I forget to share about because I have baby brain forever…  And some I never share because I don’t want to be a Negative Nancy writing negative reviews and I only want to share with you awesome beauty finds.

That said, I decided to try something different and instead of sharing my new fave products { I have so many new faves! }, I thought I’d share with you 5 beauty products I tried but didn’t like.

Note :  I didn’t like them but it doesn’t mean that they are not worth trying.  Just because they didn’t work for me, it doesn’t mean they won’t work for you.
