Garnier Fresh Essentials Eye Make-Up Remover
I found this post I wrote when I first started beauty blogging a year ago but it got put into the Drafts folder and never got published…till today… *smiles* Back then, I was trying to follow a rigid formula to write product reviews and it was boring! Nowadays, I just write whatever pops into my mind…and it’s probably still boring, but at least, I have a unique voice! Anyway, here it is, in its unedited glory…with very small pics…!!
Removing all your eye make-up before going to sleep is vital so that your skin can breathe and regenerate. My ideal eye make-up remover is affordable, gentle to my eyes and the delicate eye area and extremely simple and effective to use. After using up my previous eye make-up remover, Simple Kind To Eyes, I went and bought a new one to try out – Garnier Fresh Essentials Eye Make-Up Remover.
Product Description & Ingredients
Drew an eye with eyeliner, painted on eyeshadow and put on some smudged mascara. Soaked a cotton pad with Garnier Fresh Essentials Eye Make-Up Remover and placed it on the area for a few seconds. Required two wipes to remove all make-up.
My Opinions
- Likes : relatively quick and easy to use, affordable, doesn’t sting eyes
- Dislikes : contains fragrance
Garnier Fresh Essentials Eye Make-Up Remover gets a 7 out of 10 for me…but I am still on the hunt for my ideal eye make-up remover. Any suggestions?

@sahar awan, But I’m worried the oil is too rich and will cause milia…

@Rosemary, Funnily enough, I’ve never tried the Neutrogena makeup remover…even though I’ve tried a lot of their products…
