Get or Forget : Almay Wake Up Eyeshadow + Primer in Revive
Happy Tuesday peeps! I am having one of the most hectic weeks EVER! Last weekend, I stupidly sat on my fat a$$ and ate my way up another dress size! This also means that I didn’t do any blog work WHATSOEVER and I dug into my photo albums and found Almay Wake Up Eyeshadow + Primer in Revive waiting to be blogged…
Almay Wake Up Eyeshadow + Primer in Revive – Get or Forget? Let’s find out…
Get Almay Wake Up Eyeshadow + Primer in Revive if…
- You fancy a travel-friendly neutral colour mini palette complete with primer and applicator
- You’re a beauty budget gal
Forget Almay Wake Up Eyeshadow + Primer in Revive if…
- You are looking for bold and striking colours
- You are young and trendy – the packaging screams “I’m a grandma!” – okay, slight exaggeration there, but it’s semi-true, right?
Unfortunately, the simple packaging and the neutral work safe colours of Almay Wake Up Eyeshadow + Primer in Revive didn’t appeal to me. However, the saving grace is the inclusion of the pearly beige cream primer which as you can see transformed the shades.
This was part of a care package and I also received an Almay foundation so maybe that will convert me into an Almay lover…? Or maybe not.
In other news, I hired a short-term intern for my beauty blog – I know, right? Well done me! And say hello to G! She will just be doing a lot of the blog behind-the-scenes stuff so don’t worry, the blog is still me. So hopefully, that means I can free up some time to work on my blog photos and stuff and bring you the best beauty shenanigans I get up to. YAY! I also want to write an e-book because that is the cool thing for bloggers to do these days so keep your eyes peeled because I will get round to it eventually! And that’s all folks!
Almay – yay or nay? If yay, what is your fave Almay product? If nay, why? And I still cannot believe I got me an intern for a few weeks! Yay!!! If you wanna be my next intern, don’t hesitate to contact me! I will pay you in cake and beauty products *wink*
