Firstly, I want to acknowledge all the bad news from last week – Paris, Beirut, etc. Like every normal person, I am saddened. Saddened by what this world is coming to. My thoughts are all over the place and really, this isn’t the right place to talk about it.
I don’t just #prayforparis but I #prayforpeace in the world.
Also, I feel really weird blogging about beauty products when the world around me is going through all this.
But somehow, I find blogging comforting and familiar… Does that make sense?
Anyway, here’s my next instalment of my Project 100 Pan with empties 21-25.
Biotherm Biosource Softening Lotion
This is a toner I picked up on one of my visits to Hong Kong. I don’t use toners all the time (because lazy!) so it takes me aaaages to finish one. This one is lovely smelling and helps lock in moisture in my dry skin. So, I didn’t really EMPTY the bottle, but I had to chuck it as it had gone off-ish.
Nivea Daily Essentials Extra Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover
You know what? It’s been so long since I used this up that I cannot remember whether I liked it or not. Basically, it was not a memorable product but it must have been alright if I finished using it, right?
Hada Labo Gokujyun Hydrating Makeup Remover
Kinda cheated by including this in my Project 100 Pan because I had actually opened this and stopped using this years ago. But I thought I’d be sneaky and use this up even though it had expired. However, it backfired on me when my face broke out in sensitive rash patches from using this expired product. ARGHHH!!!! That will learn me!!!
Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream
This is also a cheat empty. I didn’t actually finish this because it also expired and went watery and separated.
Guinot Longue Vie Levres
This is a PR sample. As a general rule, I don’t usually review sample sized PR products because I feel that they do not photograph well being sample sizes and there’s never enough product for me to decide whether I like it or not. That said, this lip conditioning cream lasted me a while and I loved it!!!!
The fact that I ended this post with a French product is purely by coincidence.
I don’t know how to end this post without sounding awkward so here’s a << virtual hug >>
