fotd, elf grey cream eyeliner

This is part 3 of a series of posts brought to you by Nuffnang for Clearasil PerfectaWash – a gentle, yet effective cleanser which dispenses the right amount every time you use it.  (read part 1, part 2)

My skin has still been zit-free since I started using Clearasil PerfectaWash *touches wood* so for this make-up look, I kept my face make-up free (i.e. no foundation, no BB cream, no powder, no blusher, nada!) – hence the shiny forehead!

I decided to rock smokey grey eyes with a gunmetal grey cream eyeliner blended up onto my lids and also, using it to line both upper and lower lash lines.  In retrospect, I should have brought out the falsies to complete the look as my sparse Asian lashes are almost non-existent even with 3 coatings of mascara!  Brows were defined and a slick of lip balm finished the look.

For the final instalment of this Clearasil series, I think I’ll push the boat out and create something totally wacky and wild so remember to stay tuned for that next month!

Congratulations to the previous Clearasil giveaway winner which was Joline Mellina.  Here’s another opportunity for the rest of you to win a Clearasil PerfectaWash.

  1. Although I have never tried the Clearasil PerfectaWash Automatic I am extremely keen to as I have heard and read nothing but positive reviews. I am definitely missing out!

  2. Nice makeup look! And your skin is looking great Ling 🙂

I haven’t tried it yet, but when I almost picked it up last night at Coles, until I remembered that I was there for eye makeup remover, not cleanser! If it makes my skin clear enough to want to post closeups on my blog sans BB/concealer/brush/everything, then hells yes!

  3. No I’ve never tried the cleanser but if there’s a chance that it clears up my zits and pimples and all that muck I am all for it!

  4. I never try this before but i heard a lot of a good feed back. So i wish i can win this giveaway to know how good this product 🙂

Love ur makeup btw. So simple and nice to wear it everyday i think 🙂

  5. I havent tried it but would love it for my 16 year old daughter who has typical teenage skin. I think it sounds amazing and it would be something that she would be thrilled to try.

    • @Anna M, Oh yes, teenagers go through a lot of hormonal changes so they need help with great skincare products. You are an amazing Mum for trying to win this for her! Good luck!

  6. I haven’t tried it yet. I was thinking.. Are there different types of cleansers refills that goes with this thing? Or do you put in your own cleanser? I still don’t really get it LOL

    • @Tram, Yes there are different types of cleansers. One is Superfruits and another is Soothing Plants; both for all skin types. I will try and remember to take pictures of both for the final instalment of this series 🙂

  7. I haven’t tried it yet

No sorry.i have not yet tried it.
I have read up on it as i was actually
looking for something to clear the
    pimples off my hubby’s back.
I would love to give it a go.Thank You <3

  9. I haven’t tried it, no, but I have used Clearasil products many times before and found them very effective. I’d be interested to see if this suits my skin (it can be a bit sensitive and picky).
