Recently, I won a Sally Hansen goody bag which got a big YAY from me and the Husband.  What has my Husband got to do with this?  Well, you see, running a beauty blog to include a vast range of products is indeed a costly affair for an unemployed bum (that’s me!  I only work 1.5 days) and a first year apprentice (that’s him!).  Anyway, I will try and spread out my Sally Hansen posts on this blog but you have been warned!

One of the goodies I received was Sally Hansen Color Quick Fast Dry Nail Color Pen in Chrome.  I have seen similar nail art pens around but I was never tempted to purchase them.  After testing out this baby, I want the ENTIRE range!!!  It’s freakin’ awesome possum to the max!!!

All I have to do to get beautifully painted nails with Sally Hansen Color Quick Fast Dry Nail Color Pen is this :-  Shake, shake then click, click then paint, paint.  One coat wonder!!!  Painting my nails is so much easier in this pen form.  I can even paint using my (non-dominant) left hand to my right fingernails without a problem.

Look how gorgeous my nails are with this chrome shiny foil shade.  Feels like I am using one of those metallic permanent marker pens.  Love Sally Hansen Color Quick Fast Dry Nail Color Pens even more after reading that it is free of DBP, toluene and formaledhyde and contains lots of nourishing ingredients (vitamins, panthenol and UV protector) to keep my nails in tip-top condition.

Likes Less fragile (i.e. not in glass bottle), dries almost immediately, easy to repair any chips, greater control to paint nails in pen form, handbag-friendly
Dislikes Lid can get a bit messy but nothing nail polish remover cannot fix
The Best Beauty Blog Rating 10 out of 10 – I highly recommend Sally Hansen Color Quick Fast Dry Nail Color Pens and really pleased that I won this because I wouldn’t have purchased it otherwise but now, I want the entire range!!  Not too sure how much it costs though…hopefully, not too exxy.

And just because I am so proud of how it looks like I went for a salon manicure but I really just painted them myself, I shall end with another picture.

@Laura, Thanks Laura – but I have to warn you that it does chip…I didn’t realise till I wore it for last weekend to Sydney…it chipped a LOT 🙁 but it’s easy to touch-up I guess

I wouldn’t believe the smooth application comes from a pen… Wish they are available here.

OOh loving the new whiter than white blog layout. Did you wash it in Daz!! Impressed with the streak free-ness, hard with metallics like that. How handy!
