Missha Signature Extreme Cover Concealer SPF 30++

Missha concealer, Missha BB cream, Missha no 23

Missha is an affordable Korean beauty brand and I love their BB cream, lipsticks, eyeshadows, nail polishes…heck, I love everything in that shop!  Hence, when my girl-friend Hannah asked me for concealer suggestions, I whisked her away to the nearest Missha store in Box Hill and she walked out later on with Missha Signature Extreme Cover Concealer SPF 30 ++.

Missha Signature Extreme Cover Concealer is a gorgeous pot of concealing goodness and comes with a cute little concealer brush.  The concealer comes in shades No 21 and No 23 (just like their Signature BB Cream) and it boasts of ingredients like collagen, glycerin and botanical butter which helps it blend beautifully masking imperfections like dark circles and red blemishes.  And even better, it has SPF properties – what a winning combination!

Missha Signature range, Missha concealer, Missha review

Hannah’s verdict :  She loves it!  Great buy at under $20!!!

I also gave her my Missha BB Cream in No 23 to try and if her skin doesn’t break out, she’s going to head back to buy that too.

I love living vicariously through other people’s make-up purchases especially when I have a big helping hand in the purchase.

What make-up items have you helped friends and family members to fall in love with?

Missha Super Aqua Oxygen Micro Essence Peeling

If you’ve been an avid reader of The Best Beauty Blog, you may have realised that I’m a skincare junkie.  I buy skincare and cosmetic products in almost every country I visit and one of the places I enjoyed shopping the most was in Seoul, Korea.  Surprisingly, food was not so good, but the shopping was UH-mazing!  Missha Super Aqua Oxygen Micro Essence Peeling was one of the skincare products I purchased there and today, I am going to review it.  It’s like a gentle exfoliating / peeling face mask which leaves skin feeling refreshed.

Missha Leopard Nail Polish In LBL03

Today I am going to review Missha Leopard Nail Polish in LBL03 (RRP :  $6.90 AUD) which is a dark blue shade, I bought a few weeks ago.  After falling in love with OPI Black Shatter, I find shatter or crackle nail polishes really fun to play with as you can never predict what the end result will be.

What I Like : The brush design is really good and coats my nail evenly with one stroke, the formula is easy to work with. affordable price for a shatter/crackle nail polish

What I Dislike :  Unsuccessful attempts at getting a leopard print finish with it – more like random stripes

Missha Leopard Nail Polish Vs OPI Black Shatter

Although I prefer the formula, brush design and the price of Missha Leopard Nail Polish, OPI Black Shatter has a much prettier shatter / crackle effect.  But saying that, I am open to the idea of purchasing the new pink and purple colours in the Missha range.  I can buy both of them and it will still be cheaper than one bottle of OPI in Australia.

Anyway, I decided to play around with some colours to see which would look the best with this dark blue shatter.

So we have Nicole by OPI Diva Into The Pool*, ulta3 Bottle Green, China Glaze Limbo Bimbo*, FACE OF AUSTRALIA Molten Metallics Gold*, NYC Colors Snazzle.

Missha Leopard Nail Polish gets a 7.5 out of 10 from The Best Beauty Blog.

In your opinion, which colour looked best with Missha Leopard Nail Polish?
