1. Use Mild Products

If you would purchase something that promises “fairness within just 14 days”, you’re calling in for skin problem. If this formula were true, all black people in the world would have gone white! Or if the product was so miraculous, wouldn’t everyone’s face be glowing and glittering right now? So you see, face washes only does what a face wash does best; clean dirt! And that’s it!
2. Use A Sunscreen When You Go Out
Whenever you leave the house, use a good sunscreen. This will protect your skin from the harmful UV rays that can make you go dark and also causes skin burn. Again do not use a very greasy sunscreen, rather try a mild lotion. If you don’t have sunscreen, any lotion would do the trick. You just need a coating on the face, so anything is good.
Exfoliate your face two times a week. This helps to remove all hidden impurities. You can do this either the natural way or through products. Using sugar as an exfoliator and washing it off with lukewarm water is the best natural home remedy for exfoliation. Other than that, you can use herbal exfoliation products. They are mild and do not harm the skin much.
4. Do Not Use Non-Comedogenic Products
Do not use too much of foundation as it has non-comedogenic elements that could clog up the skin pores. Even if you do use it, make sure you wash it off properly with a face wash.
5. Drink Plenty of Water
Water is the most essential component for beautiful skin. It flushes out all toxins and keeps the skin hydrated. If you don’t drink atleast 6 cups of water a day, you may end up with dry, peeling skin.
6. Eat Good
Fruits, vegetables, and other natural foods are the best friends of a beautiful skin. Junk and oily food could be your worst enemy. The more you eat vegetables and fruits, the healthier your skin can be.
7. Exercise regularly
This is important as exercise flushes out all toxins and also keeps your skin firm and glowing. It does not only help with beautiful skin, it also helps with a good body shape!
8. Home based remedies
Instead of using all those market products, opt for home remedies. They are easy to use, cost effective and can give you amazing results.
9. Good Sleep
If you don’t sleep well, you might end up with dark black circles around the eyes. That is a big no no, therefore, make sure you get the adequate 8 hours of sleep for a fresh start every day.
