New Beauty Video : Review & Tutorial of VS Sassoon Big Hair Styler 1000
Many pink moons ago, I was selected to be a VS Sassoon Video Review Trial Team Member and I did a vlog on the Wave Envy – I re-watched the video before making this video and arghhh…I was ghastly…the only good part is the Blooper Scene at the end
{ watch it if you want } Well, the bizarre thing is the people at VS Sassoon liked my ghastly video and offered to send me their latest new innovation – VS Sassoon Big Hair Styler 1000 - provided I do a video review. How could I say no?
If you’re not a fan of watching Youtube videos (I’m not! I am weird like that!), then let me break it down for you in words…
Product Description
The VS Sassoon Big Hair Styler 1000 combines the benefits of a hairdryer with a rotating brush in the one appliance to give you total styling control in one hand. Its unique styling action is perfect for adding gorgeous volume and shine to styles. Suitable to use on all hair lengths as the 50mm brush is ideal for medium to long hair and the 38mm brush is ideal for shorter styles.
My Opinions
I have ALWAYS wanted the original VS Sassoon Big Hair Styler but to save pennies, you may remember that I bought the John Frieda Hot Air Styler (half the price)…so I cannot compare the new VS Sassoon Big Hair Styler 1000 to the original version since I don’t have it and have only seen it in action…but if I were to compare it with John Frieda…then I’m sorry but VS Sassoon wins. Easily. It is just awesome!
I like how it works on long layers and short layers with the different brush sizes. It gives my hair volume, oomph and that sexy ‘just-got-wild-in-bed’ look.
The only thing I don’t like is that sometimes I get all confused and press the wrong button and it pulls my hair in all different directions. But that’s kinda my fault. And it’s probably not very travel friendly as it is a bit bulky.
Beauty Buzz
What’s it called again? VS Sassoon Big Hair Styler 1000
How much is it? Not sure but probably over $100 AUD (will update when I find out) – I don’t think it is available in shops yet…?
Sell it to me in 5 words Va-va-voom hair – just like that!
Anyway…about those beauty videos…what should I do next? It turns out I really suck at any sort of make-up tutorial and anything that involves speaking directly to the camera. #firstworldproblems I tell ya!!!

It’s too bad I’m super lazy bones when it comes to styling my hair these days. I only pull out my curling iron when I’m feeling particularly vain or want to disguise my repulsive bed hair hahaha. Thanks for your review!

@Kimu, >.< No Kimu, it is NOT hot, for sure!!!!! You have such pretty hair and such cute bangs – you don't need help in styling your hair at all. xxx
